Requirements:
* At this time, we are not considering applicants younger than 18 years old who are not enrolled in college. From our experience, the pressure between parents and school is too great for reliable raiding and inevitably causes distractions for the group as a whole.

* You must have a Blizzard authenticator on your account.

* Your main character must be properly geared to contribute to current raiding encounters.

* Raiding gear should be properly slotted and enchanted.

* Be able to follow directions and apply correctly. All applications are handled via e-mail. Forum access is not required for the application process.

Summary:
We are recruiting for raiding positions in Wrath of the Lich King. We are always on the lookout for good players. Please submit an application even if the need is indicated as Low if you are interested in joining Easy Company.

Please also take the time to read through the available materials on our website. This should give you a good impression of what we are about and how we operate. Our raiding schedule is listed on our FAQ page.

Applicants that pass the initial screening will receive notice via e-mail or in-game. If you do not hear from us after a few days, please follow up with us. Like many guilds, we are quite busy in-game and with real life issues. Although we try for a timely response, it is not always possible.

Please note that we do not tag new recruits. The applicant will then have an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and attentiveness by playing with some of our members in structured encounters. It is strongly recommended that you read up on the strategies for the most recent raid encounters available.

After this evaluation period, which will vary depending on the quality of the applicant, a final decision will be made.
